About us

Rooted in Hong Kong, connected by care.

Founded in 2021, Hong Kong Care Association Limited is a Hong Kong non-profit charitable organisation recognised under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. We support children, young people, families, women and older people through different stages of life.

Turning the strengths within our community into mutual support.

We believe lasting, dignified community support begins with listening, companionship and trust. The Association connects volunteers, schools, businesses and community partners to turn resources into services shaped around real needs.

Our work reaches toddlers and children, young people, full-time parents, women and older people through learning, sport, family activities, volunteering and environmental action.

Our purposes

Four directions shaped by real community needs.

Inclusion, growth, family and mutual support guide our work, enabling people to receive support and contribute their own strengths.

01
Women of different ages supporting one another and sharing skills at a community centre

Care and inclusion

Promote harmony, inclusion and mutual support, with care for older and vulnerable people.

02

Children and youth

Encourage multiple-intelligence development, confidence, capability and social responsibility.

03

Stronger families

Strengthen family functioning and relationships while encouraging care between families and neighbours.

Volunteer networks

Build a sustainable volunteer network that turns diverse skills into community capacity.

Governance and resources

Using every contribution responsibly.

Our services are supported by board allocations, government and business grants, and donations from companies and the public. We value clear programme objectives, appropriate allocation of resources and reliable service records.

01

Needs first

We understand participants’ circumstances before shaping activities and allocating resources.

02

Working in partnership

We build trusted relationships with volunteers, schools, businesses and community organisations.
